DecorAI Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DecorAI – AI Interior Design mobile app (iOS and Android), www.decorai.live, and any related features (together, the “Service”), provided by Rocket Digital Limited.

By installing the AI Home Design app, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DecorAI – AI Interior Design is an AI interior design app that generates AI room redesigns from a photo. The Service is intended for inspiration and visual planning. It does not provide architectural, structural, electrical, or contractor advice, and the AI room redesigns should not be used as construction plans without independent professional review.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. You may not let anyone else use your account.

“Your Content” means the room photos, prompts, captions, saved concepts, and other material you upload to the AI Home Design app. You keep ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service — including running it through the AI infrastructure described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the legal right to upload Your Content and you must not upload anything illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have permission to share.

The AI room redesigns produced by DecorAI are generated by third-party AI models (OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, and others) based on your inputs. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as a true-to-scale rendering of your space.

Subject to these Terms, you may use AI room redesigns generated for you for personal and commercial purposes. We make no warranty that AI-generated outputs are unique, exclusive to you, or free of similarity to outputs delivered to other users.

• Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the AI infrastructure or the AI Home Design app.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing AI interior design product or to train other machine-learning models.
• Do not use the Service to defame, harass, or impersonate another person.

DecorAI offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, and our payments partner RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in the respective platform settings (Apple ID, Google Account).

Refunds are handled by the platform that processed the payment (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not directly process refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases.

The Service integrates with Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel. Your use of those services through DecorAI is also governed by their own terms.

DecorAI, the DecorAI logo, the AI Home Design app interface, the decorai.live website design, and our underlying software and content (excluding Your Content and AI-generated outputs delivered to you) are the property of Rocket Digital Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of it except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users, our infrastructure, or our sub-processors. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from inside the AI Interior Design app.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The AI room redesigns are inspirational visualisations and not guarantees of how a renovation or furniture purchase will look in practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Digital Limited harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to rely on the law and courts of your home country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the AI Home Design app or by email. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
