Plain-language summary
DecorAI – AI Interior Design is a mobile and web app that redesigns rooms from a photo using AI. To do that we need to process the photos you upload, the styles you choose, and a small amount of usage information so the AI Home Design app keeps working and improving.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your room photos. Photos are processed only for the AI room redesign you requested and are not used to train third-party models without your consent.
Who is responsible (data controller)
The data controller for DecorAI – AI Interior Design is Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. For any privacy question, write to hello@rocketdigital.ai.
Data we collect
Account data. Email or social provider ID when you create an account, plus your subscription status managed by RevenueCat.
Room content. Room photos you upload, the style and room-type you choose, and any prompts you write. We use this content to generate the AI room redesigns inside the app.
Device + diagnostics. Crash reports, performance metrics, device model, OS version, app version, and anonymised diagnostic events (Firebase, Vercel Analytics).
Usage analytics. Aggregated events such as screen/page views, feature usage, and store-button clicks (iOS_App_Store_Click, GooglePlay_Store_Click) via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.
Advertising identifiers. If you grant permission, an advertising identifier is shared with Google AdMob and Meta Pixel for measurement.
Why we process your data

- To operate the service: authentication, payments, support, and delivering software updates.
- To keep DecorAI safe — fraud prevention, abuse detection, and integrity of the AI infrastructure.
- To improve the AI room redesign quality through aggregate, opt-out analytics.
- To measure marketing campaigns that drive app downloads and to personalise advertising where permitted.
AI infrastructure & sub-processors
DecorAI uses a small set of vetted sub-processors to run the AI Home Design app. Each one only receives the data necessary for their service.

How long we keep data
- Room photos & generated AI room redesigns: stored for up to 30 days unless you save them to your account, then kept until you delete them.
- Account data: kept while your DecorAI account is active, plus a short retention window for legal and audit needs.
- Diagnostics & analytics: retained in aggregated form per the defaults of Firebase and Google Analytics.
- Billing records: kept for the period required by applicable tax law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, APPI, PDPO, and similar regimes), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to opt out of advertising-related processing.
To exercise any right, write to hello@rocketdigital.ai. You can also delete your DecorAI account from inside the app at any time, which removes your room photos and account data subject to the retention rules above.
International data transfers
DecorAI is operated from Hong Kong and uses sub-processors based in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
Children
DecorAI – AI Interior Design is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact hello@rocketdigital.ai.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, scoped access controls, audit logging, and regular reviews of our sub-processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your room photos and account data with the same care we would expect.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as DecorAI evolves. Material changes will be communicated inside the AI Interior Design app or by email. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
